playing catch-up
and here I was doing so well staying on top of my blogging efforts this year and then I miss a couple of weeks. Oh well...sh!t happens right! As with other things this year, I'm not going to beat myself up over it!
I've been finding these great motivational quotes/posters on pinterest and have been including them on a weekly basis in my weight loss journal....here are the 2 weeks I missed posting

There are a lot of things that are contributing to what I am claiming as successes already in 2012, these weekly motivational quotes are just one of them. I am including them in my weight loss journal and will share some new pages from that when I can..I'm really happy with how it's coming together and that I've made the creative time to keep up with it. My friends support when I log into myfitnesspal every day is also a huge motivator for me. I have the app on my phone, therefore always with me, so no excuses to not be staying on track food wise!! I've been doing the 30 Day Shred dvd that Jillian Michaels has and it's really working...by sticking to it every day for 21 days straight so far out of the 30 is proving to be much more beneficial than the off and on attempt of the same program last year. I am reaping the benefits and so motivated to keep at it....sleeping better, less stressed, way more energy and, maybe my favorite part...shopping for new clothes in the regular stores....it feels amazing! Oh and I'm getting a grip on the clutter/organizing too as I've been sticking pretty closely to the calendar from my simpler life
By following her one task for the day, it's freeing up time for me to play in my scrap room too...created this layout in my spare time...
It was for a challenge issued by Chelsea over at LiitD. I'm pretty happy with the way it all came together. We've met a lot of characters on both our trips to California in 2008 and Florida in 2011 and they can be hard to scrap after awhile. Oh well, it'll all get done at some point...lol!
